Welcome to Muffadal Slaughter House (MSH). By using our services (online or offline), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Services Offered

MSH provides a complete one-window solution for slaughtering, which includes:

Online slaughter facility with live video confirmation.
Offline/in-person slaughtering at MSH outlets.
Self-slaughter service available at your doorstep or MSH designated outlets (with prior arrangement).

2. Booking & Payment Policy

All bookings must be made with 100% advance payment.
Payment confirms your order and agreement with these terms.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice before the scheduled slaughter are eligible for a 100% refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 working days.
No refunds or adjustments will be made after the slaughter has been completed under any circumstances.

4. Live Slaughtering Policy

Proof of slaughter will be provided either through:
- Live video call, or
- Recorded video, showing your name and the slaughter.
This serves as the official proof of service completion.

5. Meat Quantity Disclaimer

Meat weight shared is approximate and may vary due to natural factors.
Once slaughter is performed as per your confirmation, MSH holds no responsibility for disputes regarding meat quantity.

6. Meat Cutting & Packaging Policy

If you require specific or efficient meat cutting and packaging, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
This communication must be done via WhatsApp message or direct call/communication

7. Delivery Policy

Delivery is available within city limits only.
Delivery timing and any applicable charges will be discussed and confirmed during order placement.

8. Self-Slaughter Service Policy

Self-slaughter service can be arranged at your home or at an MSH outlet.
Clients must inform MSH at least 24 hours prior for on-site arrangements.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with MSH, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
